A Heavy Equipment Mechanic combines expertise in diesel engine repair and hydraulic equipment maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of various heavy machinery. They play a crucial role in keeping equipment running smoothly and safely. • Job Location: Central African Republic / Ethiopia/ Djibouti / India • Passport mandatory • Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough visual and diagnostic inspections of heavy equipment and diesel engines to identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or other problems. - Utilize diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and hands-on skills to pinpoint the root causes of equipment and engine malfunctions. - Perform necessary repairs, replacements, adjustments, or welding tasks to rectify identified issues and restore both the engine and equipment functionality. - Develop and adhere to maintenance schedules for both diesel engines and equipment, performing regular servicing and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure peak performance. - Conduct tests and performance checks on repaired or serviced equipment and engines to verify that they meet safety and operational standards. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities for compliance, billing, and reference purposes. - Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with heavy machinery, tools, and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries. - Identify and order necessary replacement parts and materials, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards for both diesel engines and heavy equipment. - If working in a customer-facing role (e.g., at a repair shop or dealership), communicate with clients to explain repair options, provide estimates, and gain approval for work. - Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and the workshop environment, ensuring they are in good working condition for both diesel engine and heavy equipment repair. • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - ITI, diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in heavy equipment mechanics is often preferred. - Certification or licensing may be required, depending on regional regulations and specific job requirements. - Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. - Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand and power tools, and welding equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions. - Effective communication skills, especially when interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and clients. - Job Location Central African Republic / Ethiopia/ Djibouti / India: - Passport in hand is must - 5-10 years proven experience in similar field • Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Free accommodation - Free daily transport • Thanks & Regards Sandip Vedpathak, • Senior HR Recruiter| • Golden Relief Resources India Pvt Ltd | • Pune, India | • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹56,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month • Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time Schedule: - Day shift - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Do you have passport - Ready to go outside India at country Djibouti • Experience: - total work: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/05/2026 Expected Start Date: 05/11/2026
