Responsibilities:
• Going Above and Beyond: Frequently exceeding customer expectations can help to create a wow factor that will leave a lasting impression on your customers
• Transports automotive parts to commercial clientele using a delivery truck, including handling the loading and unloading of the items
• Obtains returned merchandise, cores, and spare parts from surrounding retailers or external suppliers
• Ensures safety while driving and working by complying with PPE rules and regulations
• Make the most of your time in store by taking advantage of our staff's expertise and the wide variety of products we have available
• Follows all the guidelines and instructions set forth by the management, including those related to safety, dress code, and the use of fleet
• Manage cash and credit card payments according to the set procedures and policies of the organization
• Keep yourself knowledgeable about the products and promotions available at AutoZone by using the company's advanced information systems
Requirements:
• The minimum age requirement for the driving position at AutoZone is 18 years and above, while a valid driver's license is a must. Furthermore, the candidate needs to meet the driver requirements established by AutoZone.
• The talent for lifting weight and transporting cargo
• Able to work hours that are adjustable and may include weekends, holidays, and evenings as per the work demand of the company
