Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanics professional at Siddhanth Motors Mahindra for a junior-level, full-time position located in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. This role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining commercial vehicles and ensuring optimal performance through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of commercial vehicles to maintain their performance.
• Strong equipment maintenance skills ensuring all tools and equipment are in excellent working condition.
• Technical skills with the ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams and manuals effectively.
• Keen attention to detail to diagnose issues accurately and provide precise solutions.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of mechanical problems and implement solutions promptly.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting technical issues and solutions to team members and supervisors.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete repair work within deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team ensuring a seamless workflow and quality service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on commercial vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and malfunctions and provide appropriate corrective actions efficiently.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle conditions and support problem-solving activities.
• Liaise with supervisors and team members to discuss repair status and any additional work required.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all repair and maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for future reference and warranty purposes.
• Stay informed about new vehicle technologies and techniques to enhance repair and maintenance practices.
• Promote a clean and organized work environment by following proper housekeeping practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,480.06 - ₹18,000.00 per month
