We’re seeking a skilled Help Desk/Support Engineer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide comprehensive helpdesk and technical support across a range of IT systems, including Windows, WHM/cPanel, VoIP, and cloud infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for:
Providing frontline and advanced support for client systems
Updating and maintaining IT monitoring tools
Performing data centre operations, including hardware/software updates and fault-finding
Managing the ticketing system for tasks and escalations
Delivering general server, desktop, and application support
Participating in an on-call support roster when required

Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Help Desk/Support Engineer role
Strong knowledge of:
Firewalls & security principles
Voice over IP (VoIP)
WHM/cPanel
Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory & Group Policy
Cloud Infrastructure
Proven experience in a ticket-driven service desk environment
Solid knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
Server and printer management, deployment, and support
Proficiency with Linux systems
Additional Information
Permanent role, Monday–Friday, starting from * am, for a minimum of 8 hours per day
