We are looking for a hardworking & reliable IT student to fill a vacancy as Helpdesk & Customer Support within our business and it's a good opportunity to gain some industry related experience. You must be an organised hardworking person, who can be trusted and is reliable i.e. learn quickly and can work honestly unsupervised.
In this role you'll be offered approximately 1 Day Per Week ( Monday - Friday) to work at our office based in Manukau City Center which is close to all amenities and public transport.
This role will require the candidate to be onsite on your selected day during business hours (no work from home). You must be working towards a diploma/degree in Information Technology related studies.
Your tasks and duties will include but are not limited to:
Customer Service & Marketing Support
Installing & configuring, testing & troubleshoot hardware, software, systems and networks
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Diagnose hardware and software problems associated with local and wide area network environments;
Perform routine network start up and shut down procedures, and maintain control records;
Onsite, Helpdesk Phone & Remote Support
Testing new technology
Customer training
Candidates must be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months.
