Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused person to join our team as a Helpdesk support executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our stakeholders through multiple channels such as email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and issues through email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our programs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team.
• Document and maintain records of interactions and resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest programs, services, and policies to provide effective support.
• Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by the management on daily operational activities

Preferred Skills

Shift Timings
• Open to rotational shifts (+ hours shift ranging between + am to 10 pm)
• Rotational off on weekdays and Holidays
Other Information
• Scope: Full-time, Willing to work from office (Pallavaram - Chennai)
• Probationary period - 3 months
• Willing to work with Organisation for minimum 2 years
• Designation: You will be designated as ‘Help desk - Fellow’
• Joining Date: IMMEDIATE
