Our client, a mid-sized, women-owned education law firm with a statewide practice, is seeking a Help Desk Technician/Software Trainer for a hybrid role. This position involves providing advanced document support for Word, PDF, PPT, and Excel, as well as designing and delivering software and technology training, and developing related training materials. The role includes Level 1 help desk support, troubleshooting user issues, and escalating problems to Level 2 support or the IT Director as necessary. Additional responsibilities include managing the firm's loaner equipment program, staying updated on technology trends, and participating in firmwide projects.

Candidates should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and MS Windows. Experience in troubleshooting PC issues, understanding LAN/WAN technologies, and knowledge of mobile devices and cloud collaboration platforms is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with document management systems, Amazon Workspaces, and law firm environments. The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $32.00 and $42.30, depending on experience and qualifications.
