Job Description
We are looking for experienced and reliable Mobile Repair Technicians to join our on-site field team across Delhi/NCR. As a Buzzmeeh Field Technician, you will visit customers’ locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit customer locations to repair mobile phones on-site.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain professionalism and represent Buzzmeeh at the customer’s doorstep.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair (Android & iPhone preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike is compulsory).
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Should be comfortable traveling across assigned locations in Delhi/NCR.
