Job Description
The Helper will assist in production, packing, material handling, and housekeeping activities to support smooth manufacturing operations as per company and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist machine operators and production staff in daily activities
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Packing and labeling of medical devices as per instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
• Follow SOPs and company safety guidelines
• Support store activities (material shifting, stacking, inventory help)
• Report any machine or material issues to supervisor
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of factory work
• Physically fit and able to lift materials
• Ability to follow instructions
• Teamwork and discipline
• Basic knowledge of safety practices
Qualification:
• 8th / 10th / 12th Pass
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
