Job Description
The Helper will assist skilled workers and machine operators in various stages of solar module production. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, moving materials, and supporting daily production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support machine operators and technicians during production runs.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
Pack finished modules or components as per instructions.
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Physically fit and able to lift/move loads.
Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
