Helper (Un-skilled)

Key responsibilities of a Helper:

- Material handling : Moving raw materials, finished products, and work-in-progress items around the factory using manual or powered lifting equipment.

- Cleaning and maintenance : Keeping work areas clean by sweeping, mopping, removing debris, and maintaining general tidiness.

- Loading and unloading : Assisting with loading and unloading materials from trucks and machinery.

- Basic assembly tasks : Performing simple assembly tasks like attaching parts or holding components in place under the guidance of skilled workers.

- Quality control checks : Performing basic quality checks on products as per instructions.

- Following safety guidelines : Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.

Other Requirements:

- Physical ability : Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

- Basic literacy : Ability to understand simple instructions and safety signs.

- Teamwork : Willingness to work collaboratively with other production team members.

- Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changing work demands and work schedules.

Pay: Up to ₹393.00 per day
