Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining attention to detail for presentation and accuracy.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any customer concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions following company policies.
Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
