Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat for a HeroGuard - Static position at Priyajit Security and Consulting Private Limited. The HeroGuard will perform security tasks such as monitoring and patrolling premises, ensuring the safety of the property and personnel, and promptly reporting any incidents. The role involves maintaining detailed records of activities, responding swiftly to security alerts, and adhering to company standard operating protocols. The position requires exemplary professionalism, vigilance, and a commitment to upholding safety and security standards.
Qualifications
• Possess strong monitoring and patrolling skills to ensure the safety of premises and property
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective reporting as well as conflict resolution, when required
• Attention to detail and situational awareness to identify and address vulnerabilities or risks
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to various situations with professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus
• Valid security license in accordance with local regulations
• Basic knowledge of AI-driven systems, GPS technology, or surveillance tools is an added advantage
