Hours: Monday:Friday 8:00:17:30, some flex may be offered to work longer hours in the week for an early finish on Friday and overtime is available. Company shutdown over Easter and Christmas.
Salary: A GBP 16.00 : A GBP 20.00 per hour (dependant on experience and qualifications)
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV mechanic to join our client in Worcestershire who are a specialist manufacturer within their field. They have been established over 50 years and have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and quality products.
Due to continuous investment and redevelopment, they have a new role to join their team within their purpose built after care centre. They offer service, repairs, refurbishment, and inspections to rescue and recovery, HGV, trailers, light commercial vehicles and coaches.
Duties
• Routine vehicle service and maintenance to DVSA standards
• Fault finding, diagnostic and rectification skills
• Inspection and MOT preparation
• Completion of paperwork
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers
Experience Required
• HGV mechanical experience
• You need to have strong attention to detail and be comfortable managing paperwork
• Class 1 licence an advantage but not essential
• Be self:motivated and have good problem solving skills
