Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide/ Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
Provide Home care services in patients residences
Perform domestic and household tasks
Taking the client to appointments
Running errands such as grocery shopping
Activities such as taking walks, playing games and reading
Meal preparation
Washing dishes
Laundry and ironing
Housekeeping
Mopping and vacuuming
Changing bed linens
Watering Plants
Taking care of pets
Bathing, hair washing and shaving
Dressing assistance
Medication reminders
Assistance with toileting
Other personal care needs
Skills
Proven working experience as home health aide
Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Proficiency in English
Nursing and health care administration skills
Caring and compassionate personality
Current CNA certificate/license
Current HHA certificate
Home Health Aid training
Valid Identity Card
High school degree
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
