Revolve Homes is a fast-growing residential construction company specializing in basement developments, legal secondary suites, renovations, garages, and full-service project management. We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our field team and support ongoing projects across Calgary.
About the Role
As a General Labourer, you will assist site leads and trades with day-to-day tasks to ensure our projects run safely, smoothly, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn construction skills.
Key Responsibilities
Site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment
Assisting carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades
Loading and unloading materials
Basic framing and demolition support
Helping with deliveries and material handling
Operating basic hand tools and small power tools
Supporting basement developments, garage builds, and renovation projects
Following all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
Previous construction or labour experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites
Reliable transportation to job sites across Calgary
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
