We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle databases to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implementation of Oracle database architecture
• Installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle servers in standalone or RAC environments
• Implementation of high availability solutions using Oracle Real Application Clusters
• Implementation of disaster recovery solutions using Oracle Standby Database with Oracle Data Guard
• Monitoring and maintenance of database performance, troubleshooting of issues, and data recovery as needed
• Development of automated scripts to monitor and improve database performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong expertise in Oracle database technologies, including RAC/ASM
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
