Location: Delhi
Job Title: Senior Fashion Stylist
Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
A Retail Fashion Stylist plays a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience by offering tailored fashion advice and styling services to customers. This position involves staying updated on the latest fashion trends, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-organized, and driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Provide personalized styling advice and curated outfit recommendations to elevate the shopping experience. Assist in selecting clothing and accessories that perfectly complement the customer's body type, style, and the occasion.
• Sales: Drive individual and store sales by engaging effectively with customers and utilizing upselling techniques. Promote and sell additional products, including accessories and ready-to-wear collections, while actively participating in store promotions, events, and activities to boost sales and attract new customers.
• Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor remains clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times. Stay updated on current fashion trends to enhance merchandising and styling efforts.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise while monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about brand products, their features, and benefits while continuously educating yourself on new arrivals, upcoming collections, and the latest fashion trends.
Requirements:
Experience in Luxury brands only
Strong fashion sense and knowledge of trends and designers
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
