Lead Residential Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Project Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of high-end residential complexes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury market demands, superior materiality, and cutting-edge technologies that elevate the living experience.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop bespoke architectural concepts and design narratives that reflect luxury, comfort, and exclusivity for high-end residential projects.
• Focus on superior materiality, finishes, landscaping integration, and cutting-edge technologies that elevate the living experience.
• Navigate complex municipal regulations and environmental clearances while maintaining design excellence.
• Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialized consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
• Conduct meticulous site inspections to ensure architectural integrity, quality standards, and luxury finishes are maintained throughout construction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with projects in metropolitan cities.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of Mumbai's real estate regulatory environment and luxury market demands.
