Job Description
M2 Learning is hiring part-time instructors to work with K-12 students in reading and math. You will work with small groups in Title I classrooms to help improve academic skills in the areas that students are struggling with. Typically, we are in the Chicago, Skokie Illinois area.
Skills
· Teach effectively and adjust lessons for student's special educational needs.
Intuitive to students emotional and cognitive state.
Meeting requirements and following guidelines in compliance regulations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good at planning, staying organized with managing time.
Technology literate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience working with students or similar is a plus.
Job Duties:
Teach small groups of students in reading and/or math.
Use student data to adjust instruction - (Evaluating while teaching).
Plan lessons and track student progress.
Work closely with school staff and follow any assigned duties.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 3 per week
