About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Production Manager to lead our SEO and Content team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for optimizing team performance, streamlining processes, and delivering high-quality content at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, writers, and editors to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the production of hundreds of new builds per month, including city landing pages, blog content, and technical SEO projects.
• Implement and optimize scalable processes to manage thousands of tasks monthly while maintaining quality standards.
• Hire, train, and coach team members to foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure content and SEO deliverables align with client goals and drive measurable results.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in SEO and/or content production, with 2+ years leading teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong operational management skills, including prioritization, organization, and execution at scale.
• Growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve yourself, your team, and your workflows.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Project management software expertise (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and a passion for operational excellence.
