Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct teaching and assessments for OTT programs.
• Prepare course curriculum and framework.
• Research and organise sources and information.
• Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Training Program Management:
• Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for facilitators/trainers.
• Continuously monitor the quality of training delivered by facilitators/trainers.
• Evaluate available training plans and develop training schedules for the team.
Technical Knowledge and Collaboration:
• Possess sound technical knowledge and advanced techniques.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content.
Presentation and Communication:
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Teaching experience of at least 5 years.
Qualifications:
• Master's in relevant discipline for the respective field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience and expertise.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to manage and improve training programs.
