Beyond Odds Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Operating Theatre Technology (OTT) program instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, grooming, and personality development of OTT facilitators, ensuring the highest quality in academic delivery and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct teaching and assessments for OTT programs.
• Prepare course curriculum and framework.
• Research and organise sources and information.
• Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Training Program Management:
• Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for facilitators/trainers.
• Continuously monitor the quality of training delivered by facilitators/trainers.
• Evaluate available training plans and develop training schedules for the team.
Technical Knowledge and Collaboration:
• Possess sound technical knowledge and advanced techniques.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content.
Presentation and Communication:
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Teaching experience of at least 5 years.
Qualifications:
• Master's in relevant discipline for the respective field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience and expertise.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to manage and improve training programs.
