High Salary Deputy Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and planning, with experience in capital investment and operating expenses. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and strategy teams to vet capital initiatives and ensure accurate financial performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale investments to determine ROI, NPV, and payback periods

• Develop and track capital expenditure budgets, aligning with strategic goals

• Measure actual project performance versus forecasts and identify lessons learned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-4 years of experience in finance and planning

• 1 year of experience working in a business

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics with a high level of finance and accounting knowledge

• Sound knowledge of financial systems, SAP, MS Office, and other financial reporting systems
