Role Overview:
[24]7.ai is hiring for International Voice, Non-Voice & Semi-Voice Process roles. Join our dynamic team to help provide customer service across voice and non-voice channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant or non-relevant BPO experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and prospective customers via voice and non-voice channels.
- Collect and verify customer information to address their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to products and services.
Qualifications:
- Education: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, and Graduates from any stream.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-relevant domain experience are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- English communication (both written and verbal).
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 15K to 32K In-hand per month.
