Responsibilities:
• Offer professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues.
• Assist guests with beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Mix drinks and control beverage stock according to guidelines.
Requirements:
• Previous Mixology experience, including cocktail creation.
• BC Serving It Right Certificate.
• High-volume luxury food and beverage bartending experience.
