Primary Responsibilities - Plan & execute new product launches - Design local marketing Initiatives & campaigns - Track and execute all promotions and check liquidation of stocks - Design & execute local brand events for consumers and ABOs for their respective clusters - Design local digital marketing initiatives - Hire, train and manage outsourced brand center consultants - Conduct visual branding, product displays, merchandising at locations and events - Implement activities related to clubs communities - Provide delivery of product information to trainers - Support Regional Category Manager in the roll out of HO strategy in the regions - Monitor Closely Call Backs done with Consultants. - Make Weekly Sales Reports and Call Logs reports. - Maintain constant call back channel with key leaders. - Manage delivery of product information to trainers - Create print material for Marketing events - Vendor Management Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field - 3 - 6 years of relevant experience - Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills - Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
