Job description
We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team at axureone. As an Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing the user experience end-to-end. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, coordination, and light data management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound user calls to assist with platform navigation and session bookings.
• Coordinate session availability with guides and send timely reminders
• Follow up with users to support conversions and address questions.
• Ensure timely attendance and assist if any session-related issues arise.
• Maintain clear documentation using Google Sheets and internal trackers
• Keep all logs and reports updated, and prepare daily records
• Collect and organize post-session feedback from users
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident on phone/video calls, calm and people-friendly demeanor
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, wellness coordination, or telesales is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication and soft skills are encouraged to apply
