Responsibilities:
• Owning and executing end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, etc.) and unpaid (SEO, content marketing, etc.) channels.
• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of content creators, campaign managers, and SEO specialists to deliver consistent brand and lead generation outcomes.
• Driving organic visibility through data-driven SEO roadmap. Collaborating with content and product teams to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
• Planning, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that clearly articulate product value propositions to our B2B target audience.
• Analyzing performance data to continuously improve conversion metrics, CAC, and overall marketing ROI.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on performance channels.
• Demonstrated success in managing both paid and organic marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.
• Experience in US B2B markets is a must.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to represent marketing initiatives with executive presence.
