Position Overview:
The High School Global Networking Leader will play a critical role in fostering relationships with high schools across the globe, driving partnerships that support international education tours and virtual events. This leader will act as a liaison between the schools, our organization, and participating universities, ensuring seamless communication, partnership development, and student recruitment. The position is ideal for someone passionate about education, networking, and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with high schools worldwide to encourage participation in international student recruitment tours.
• Lead outreach initiatives to introduce high schools to the benefits of collaborating with us on global student recruitment tours and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams (University Relations, Travel & Logistics, Marketing) to ensure high schools’ participation and satisfaction in tours.
• Organize and conduct presentations for school administrators, counselors, and students to promote the student recruitment tours and share information about the opportunities available.
• Oversee the logistical coordination of schools participating in our tours, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of international education trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the program and foster deeper engagement with high schools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in educational partnerships, networking, or event coordination, preferably in an international setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to and working with high school leadership.
• Passion for global education and creating opportunities for students to explore international universities.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel for meetings, school visits, and events, as required.
