Responsibilities
Fulfills orders and manages client Service Level Agreements (“SLA”)
Picks and packs lower quantity items to assemble printed materials into a final product
Looks for opportunities to improve quality to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, working closely with Print, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Shipping
Performs operational, craft or manual tasks
Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience
Performs tasks according to established procedures
Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others
Has no supervisory responsibilities
Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
Impacts the quality of own work
Uses communication skills to exchange of information
