Peak Physique is an online men’s transformation coaching business.
We help busy men build lean, strong physiques and maintain elite-level shape year-round without sacrificing their lifestyle. We don’t build average physiques we work with men who refuse to settle for anything less than elite.
We’re looking for a closer to work directly alongside the founder and take ownership of the sales process.
This role involves:
Managing inbound leads
Running SMS communication through our CRM
Booking and closing calls
Owning the full pipeline from first touch to close
The Opportunity
This is a commission-based role suited for someone who is:
Hungry to grow
Keen to build alongside a growing business
Looking to increase their hours and income over time
You won’t just be another salesperson — you’ll play a key role in scaling the business.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales (high-ticket coaching preferred)
Strong communication and confidence on calls
Ability to manage conversations via SMS + phone
Someone who takes ownership and follows through
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Work Setup
Subcontractor Role (5-10 Hours per week)
Fully remote role (Work from anywhere)
Must be able to operate within AU timezone windows
Flexible hours with room to grow
Workload will increase as the business grows
