Senior Java Software Development Manager
Manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
As a seasoned professional in software development, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of software architecture to lead a team of developers in creating high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Object Oriented Programming, Java and JEE technologies will enable you to guide the team on debugging and troubleshooting activities. Additionally, you will ensure that the deliverables produced are of high quality with minimal issues.
Mandatory Skills:
• 15+ years of experience overall in software development and managing high performing product development engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of business domain (Payments) and ability to manage a team to track progress of development.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Programming, Java and JEE technologies.
• Able to guide the team on debugging and troubleshooting activities.
