About the Team
We expand globally into many countries each year while adding new lines of business to our products. Our Product Development group builds products, services, and frameworks for every customer and serves as a platform used by every product team.
The Product Management Team manages critical end-to-end products that facilitate employee data ingestion, management, and visualization for diverse customers.
The team's focus is on building the next generation of Products and scaling existing ones to enable us to explore new business opportunities and win enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Excellence: Work with Product and Design teams to ship high-quality features to Employee flows & Profile product lines.
• Technical Excellence: Own initiatives around Unbundling, Employee History & Enterprise.
• Mentoring and Talent: Collaborate closely with PMs, EMs, and TLs to mentor junior engineers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support and scale products across the organization.
• Operational Excellence: Build and operationalize tools, monitors & processes across the org.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience building customer-facing products
• Systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale
• Fast-paced, dynamic environment experience
• Building projects with good abstractions and architecture
• Scalable and extendable core services experience
