We are currently hiring professional Security Guards for a high-end retail store located in NW SOUTHGATE CENTRE, EDMONTON, AB
Job Description
Stand tall and maintain a professional posture at the store entrance.
Greet customers and provide an excellent first impression of the store.
Monitor and prevent theft and suspicious activities.
Respond quickly and appropriately to any incidents of theft or disorderly conduct.
Handle theft-related situations calmly and according to company policy.
No phones allowed during shifts — all phones must be kept in the break room.
Report incidents and observations using E-Armour Software on company-provided devices.
Qualifications
Valid Alberta Security Guard License- MANDATORY
Valid Use of Force License- MANDATORY
This is a physically demanding role requiring officers to remain standing and walking for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and ability to stand tall and straight for long periods.
Basic computer and smartphone skills (for E-Armour app use).
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow company policies.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
