Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various carpentry tasks, possess proficiency in using power tools, as well as able to lead other crew members. Experience in, water damage restoration, drywall, door hanging, masonry, fabrication, plastering, cabinet installation, finishing, framing, and more.
Responsibilities:
-Lead others
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Perform water damage restoration tasks
- Work with various materials including wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Proficiency in using power tools and carpentry equipment
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques
- Expertise in drywall installation and repair
- Ability to hang doors accurately
- Able to lead other crew members
- Skill to fabricate and install cabinets
- Experience in plastering walls and ceilings
- Capability to install various types of flooring
