About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring and optimizing CDP environments, handling incident resolution and troubleshooting, ensuring governance compliance and data quality across CDP workflows.
This position requires a strong background in modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies with hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms specifically Real-Time CDP and Salesforce CDP.
Responsibilities
• CDP Environment Management: Manage, configure and optimize CDP (Real-Time and Salesforce CDP) environments to ensure seamless performance and efficient operations.
• Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents promptly and efficiently, addressing any issues that may arise within the CDP environment.
• Governance Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations regarding data governance, maintaining high standards of data quality and security.
Requirements

• A solid background in modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms specifically Real-Time CDP and Salesforce CDP.
