- Communication:
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and behavior.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school-related meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and coordinate curriculum.

- Counseling and Support:
- Provide guidance and support to students facing academic or personal challenges.
