Job Title: Hindi BPO Executive
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hindi BPO Executive to join our team. As a Hindi BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi, addressing customer queries and concerns
• Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
