Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our credit card and AEPS selling company. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our credit card products and AEPS services over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database or leads list.
• Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our credit card products and AEPS services.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our offerings.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build rapport and engage customers through active listening and effective communication.
• Follow a script and sales pitch guidelines while adapting to customer responses and objections.
• Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions, call logs, and sales progress.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to track progress, share insights, and optimize sales strategies.
• Stay informed about competitors’ offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome customer resistance.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
