As a Customer Service Representative in our company, your primary responsibility will be to answer calls and effectively communicate the services provided by our organization to clients. You will be engaging with both new and existing clients, obtaining necessary information and data from new clients, and forwarding client requirements to our Student Counsellors for further assistance. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining an organized client database based on their specific needs and preferences. Regularly checking in with clients to gather feedback on our services will also be part of your role.
