Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote company products and services to generate interest.
Convert leads into sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Sales-driven mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to handle objections and convert prospects.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
