Job Description:
Anupama English School is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hindi Teacher to join our team. As a Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Hindi language instruction to students up to the 5th standard. Your primary focus will be to develop students' proficiency in Hindi language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs of students up to the 5th standard.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and active engagement in Hindi language learning.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and instructional materials to facilitate student understanding and progress in Hindi.
Assess and evaluate students' language proficiency and progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and school administration on student performance and progress in Hindi language learning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and performance in Hindi.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Hindi language curriculum.
Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress and behavior in Hindi.
Foster a love for the Hindi language and Indian culture among students.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification or qualification is preferred.
Proven experience in teaching Hindi language to young learners.
Excellent command of the Hindi language, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with different learning styles and abilities.
Effective classroom management skills to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to integrate it into teaching practices.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for the Hindi Teacher position at Anupama English School is 15,000 INR per month. The salary is paid on a monthly basis and is subject to deductions as per applicable tax laws. The school operates a 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday. As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to annual leave, sick leave, and other benefits as per the school's policies.
Note: The salary mentioned is up to the 5th standard. If the job responsibilities extend beyond the 5th standard, the salary may be subject to revision.
