Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a relevant field

• B.Ed. in Hindi or a teaching certification in Hindi language

• Proven experience in teaching Hindi to CBSE students

• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum for Hindi language

• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment for students to develop their language skills

• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their learning

• Encourage and facilitate effective communication in Hindi through interactive activities and discussions

• Motivate students to develop a love for the Hindi language and its culture

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of students

• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lesson plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, performance, and assessments
