Primary Teacher Job Description
We are searching for a supportive, enthusiastic Hindi teacher to fulfil our students' educational requirements. The Hindi teacher's duties include formulating and delivering lessons that are conducted virtually. You will also be required to allot homework, grade assignments and quizzes, and report on students' progress.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and presenting lessons that are congruent with students' educational needs.
- Planning and development of relevant content and teaching materials.
- Grading homework, projects, and quizzes in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and reporting on students' progress.
- Identify and address the unique learning needs of each student, adapting teaching strategies as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies through professional development opportunities.
- keeping records of students’ attendance, evaluations and grades.
- Attending staff meetings, as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education with relevant specialization.
- Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience, ideally in a similar setting.
- Prior experience as a Hindi school teacher is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam
- A well-lit, distraction-free environment from which to conduct your lessons.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
