Roles and responsibilities
1) Make sure to communicate in English only with students and colleagues once you are in school premise.
2) To reach assembly place 5 minutes before the bell to arrange the students in a proper line. To accompany them back from the ground to the class after the assembly and monitor them for their uniform.
3) To prepare the blackboards/green boards are prepared before assembly.
4) To maintain the class attendance register.
5) Checking the students diaries to ensure they are making proper use of it.
6) To make sure that the time table is mentioned in each student’s diary and he/she is carrying the bag as per the daily time table mentioned in the diary.
7) To make sure to carry their own time table and syllabus of all respective subjects and classes with yourself all the time.
8) To make sure that all students copy the C.W from blackboard and do the home work.
+) To make sure to check C.W and H.W copies correctly and regularly. Also, make sure to return the copies to students in timely manner.
10) To make sure to give a call to student’s parent who is absent for 3 consecutive day without any prior information.
11) To make sure that your classes are cleaned regularly by maids.
12) Make sure that your class is having sufficient number of furniture and space for each student and make sure that nothing is pasted on walls.
13) Make sure the lighting in room is sufficient.
14) Make sure to fill the entries in software on regular basis and update it regularly.
