Job Description
To follow school and curriculum guidelines.
To plan and prepare courses in accordance with the needs, interests, and existing knowledge of the students.
To prepare lesson plans in accordance with school policy
To mark and grade student assessment work and to record their progress and attainment in an appropriate manner and in a timely fashion
To maintain order, discipline, and respect for others among students
To partake in the various annual activities and programs organized by the school.
To promote understanding of the school's rules and values
To build and maintain cooperative relationships with students, parents, and/or other staff and to communicate with them on students’ progress and attainment, drawing attention to particular skills and talents as well as to problems or difficulties
To provide or partake in oral/written assessments relating to the learning and development of students
To partake in appraisals and reviews of one's work and teaching methods arranged by the administration; to respond positively to such evaluations, and to make changes as appropriate
To stay abreast with educational best practices and "next practices" - not only in thought but also in practice, through study and participation in courses/workshops arranged by the administration

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
