Internal: Marketing Team, Brand Solution team, IMS team
External: Interaction with existing and prospective clients (working professional in corporate and investment community)
Role Purpose: Inside Sales core responsibility is to bring attendees for our events and trainings business. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 4-5 account managers responsible for obtaining profitable results through the inside sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Prior Knowledge of selling a subscription based product like VCCEdge
Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, key performance metrics.
- Data allocation to the team members on ZOHO based on the kind customer profile.
- Maintaining daily and monthly sales funnel management, call tracker reports, Live Dashboards on ZOHO, customer Data conversion, call Quality audit ratings etc.
- Facilitating Data building, Data enhancement and data replenishment activities on ZOHO through various data hunting activities.
- Helping team members to go out to the right decision makers in corporate and generating sales lead through demo calls and email.
- Training and development through Quality Audits and sales
