Job Description
This role requires somebody who is passionate about content, content flow & scripting along with dialogues (or pointers, as per relevancy) for each video narrative for various platforms - YouTube (primarily), Social Media, Ads, Promotional Videos etc. Should be curious to learn more about it's capacity to reach more people and impact lives. We are seeking a proactive individual who can coordinate with multiple teams for Youtube Channels assigned to him/her.
Role & Responsibilities :-
1. You have a high sense of ownership and responsibility towards any task in hand
2. You have basic understanding of the Health-tech industry and adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since Youtube audience changes based on seasonality.
3. You have a high aspiration to grow a Youtube channel and based on your audience's demand, come up with deliverable scripts & content. Aim should be to make the videos high ranking & reach as many target audience as possible.
4. Stakeholder Management You are an excellent coordinator with various stakeholder
5. You have a constant eagerness to research the industry and implement best practices whenever necessary
6. Attention to detail and promptness in the given task.
7. Discussion & engaging on creative ideas with SEO (w.r.t KW analysis & Search Volume Results), Program Managers & Content Creators (Presentors) for better performance of the channel/s.
8. Ensure to get the best possible outcome of each video with best possible CTR, Views, Watch Hours and Revenue
+. Increasing traffic to the channel and other content by using effective keywords
10. Should be able to multitask
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
1.Building a engaging & cohesive narration keeping in mind the target audience
2.Writing dialogues & narrative for each content creator (Presentor) based on their personality, lingo
3.Reviewing & revising scripts/ Content/ Narration to ensure brand values & uniformity.
4.Creating & maintaining documentation of all drafts, modifications & revisions during the writing process.
5.Communication with the production team regarding script changes during the production.
6.Reviewing and approving all aspects of the script for compliance with industry standards.
7.Should have prior experience in creative writing/ journalism/ YT / films/ TV shows / web series etc
8.Should be proficient in Hinglish (Reading, Writing & Speech)
+.Proficiency in other languages - Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Marathi are added bonus
10.Out of box thinking
11.Excellent Time Management Skills to meet deadlines for each & every project
12.Capitalize trends & seasonality
13. Compulsory script writer experience for Youtube .

0 - 1 Years in copywriting/ content writing/ script writing
0 - 1 Years in writing YT screenplay/ Webseries/ TV Shows etc (added preference
