Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Associates
Responsibilities:
- Assembly, machinery operation, quality inspections, packaging, and other production tasks.
Requirements:
- Age: 18-35 years.
- Education: 0-10th standard to graduates.
Working Hours:
- 8-hour shifts, including rotational shifts; overtime available.
Benefits:
- ESI & PF benefits, overtime pay, welcome bonus, night shift allowance, attendance bonus, double salary for Sunday work.
Training & Certification:
- Rs. 3600 for uniform, shoes, ID card, access card, and insurance; refundable post-training.
Salary:
- Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 22,000/month (inclusive of ESI & PF); 30% increment for experienced candidates.

- ICICI bank salary account, shared accommodation with three meals daily.
