Job Role: Admin Executive (Hotel/Hospitality Background)

Main duties and responsibilities:
Ensure the facilities are maintained in a manner conducive to ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees.
Take responsibility for the smooth operation and the functioning of the CEO’s India residence. This includes sourcing, and coordinating relevant vendors and staff as necessary
Assist in the smooth operation of the Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Security, and other related functions
Support all employee and client related activities inside and outside the office premises
Take care of all hospitality related aspects for clients and company guests visiting India
Coordinate regular safety drills and ensure all employees are aware of emergency procedures.
What we are looking for:
Required Skills and Capabilities
Housekeeping/ Front office/Customer Care/ Guest Service/ Reception experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred.
Hospitality/Hotel Management education background preferred.
Ability to manage all aspects of CEO’s India stay and residence.
Graduate in any stream.
Hospitality background with good English communication (Reading, writing & speaking).
Flexibility and adaptability to operate effectively responding to changing requirements.
